Job summary

PwC Singapore invites motivated students from local or overseas universities to join our Finance (Order-to-Cash) team as an Intern. You will gain hands-on exposure to credit control, receivables, data analytics and automation initiatives within a leading professional services firm.

You will be coached by experienced finance practitioners, learn end-to-end O2C processes, and contribute to process improvements while developing your technical and communication skills in a dynamic, collaborative

• Accountancy or Finance student from local or overseas university.

Responsibilities

• Document key processes in Credit Control and Collections to understand end-to-end finance operations.
• Build statistical reports and dashboards to support Credit Control decisions.
• Support banking and payments including cheque data entry and accuracy.
• Process payment data including TT and cheques to keep records clean.
• Assist with client documentation such as Official Receipts and Statements of Accounts.
• Participate in automation projects and explore tech enhancements for Finance workflows.
• Engage with digital finance tools and data analytics to improve O2C quality and efficiency.
• Receive coaching from experienced practitioners to grow professionally.

As a Finance (Order-to-Cash) Intern,you’lljoin our O2C Team and gain a rare inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages its end-to-end credit, collections, andreceivablesprocesses.Your responsibilities will include:

• Document key processes. Help capture and refine the process flow for Credit Control and Collections, building strong foundational knowledge of how end-to-end finance operations work.
• Bring data to life. Help build statistical reports and dashboards (data analytics) to support Credit Control decisions and surface meaningful insights.
• Support banking and payments. Assist with the banking of cheques and related data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process payment data. Perform data entry for Telegraphic Transfers (TT) and cheques, contributing to clean, well-documented financial records.
• Support client documentation(e.g.Official Receipts and Statements of Accounts — that keep client relationships running smoothly).
• Innovate with automation. Get involved in ad-hoc projects and automation initiatives, exploring how technology can elevate the way Finance works.
• Embrace digital transformation. Use digital finance tools, data analytics, and AI-enabled platforms to enhance the quality, efficiency, and insight of Order-to-Cash work.
