Qualifications

• Background in computer science, information systems, data analytics, finance or related fields.
• Strong interest in AI, automation and analytics for business users.
• Hands-on familiarity with Power Automate and Power BI preferred.
• Proficiency with Power Query, SharePoint Lists or basic data modelling is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or agent-building concepts is a bonus.
• Able to translate requirements into structured steps, visuals or documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support users in exploring, adopting and scaling AI, automation and analytics in daily finance work.
• Assist in designing and building simple automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, with documentation and handover notes.
• Support dashboarding, reporting and basic data analysis using Power BI, Excel and other Microsoft tools.
• Translate process pain points into practical solution ideas, user stories and workflow steps.
• Assist with AI enablement materials such as prompts, guides and adoption trackers.
• Coordinate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and track progress.
