Job summary

Doist is seeking a finance intern to own the Accounts Payable function, process invoices promptly, and help optimize cash flow. You will collaborate with external stakeholders to support month-end closing and help establish budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting frameworks.

You will lead discussions on new finance policies, systems, and processes, and contribute to projects that drive key finance deliverables.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Bonus: prior finance internship or exposure to multi-entity operations.

Simular's finance function is being built right now, from the ground up.

That means an intern here is not filing paperwork behind an established process: you'll own a real function, and help decide what the process should be. You'll also get to work on something most finance interns never touch: what finance looks like when the workflows are AI-native.
