Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating fulfilment with suppliers and freight forwarders, maintaining transaction records in accounting and sales systems, and assisting with daily accounting tasks and document filing.

Responsibilities

• Generate official quotations in the accounting system based on the information from Sales.
• Process sales orders, supplier purchase orders and customer invoices.
• Send issued invoices to customers and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, deliveries and shipping arrangements with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Maintain accurate transaction records in reporting, accounting and sales systems.
• Assist with daily accounting and proper document filing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
