The role involves entering invoices, receipts, and ledger entries into Excel or accounting software, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing. Responsibilities include invoice verification, follow-up on overdue payments, and maintaining organized records both digitally and physically.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in accounting, finance administration, or data entry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
• Familiar on QuickBooks system.
• Singaporean/PR preferred (local candidates prioritized).

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry for accounting records, invoices, receipts, and ledgers into company systems, such as Excel or accounting software.
• Verify, cross-check, and ensure data accuracy to identify any errors or discrepancies.
• Prepare, tally, and check invoices before issuance to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Follow up on pending payments with relevant stakeholders and maintain proper records of outstanding items.
• Assist in filing and organizing accounting documents, both digitally and physically.
• Support basic data sorting, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Accounts team.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance function as needed.
