Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting operations for the group and its overseas subsidiaries. You will own intercompany transactions, coordinate with local finance teams, and drive quarterly and annual close with GST/tax submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in finance; 6+ for Senior Manager; prior supervisory experience.
• Experience with overseas subsidiaries consolidation essential.
• Telecommunications / ICT industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full spectrum of finance and accounting operations for the group and overseas subsidiaries.
• Own overseas subsidiary accounts, review local books, record intercompany transactions.
• Mentor and develop the finance team.
• Drive quarterly and annual closes, GST/tax submissions and audits.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure compliance.
• Oversee AR/AP/GL and internal controls across entities.
• Manage group cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Review invoices, POs, contracts, and expense claims for proper documentation.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and process improvements.
