Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Experience in F&B, retail or multi-outlet environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full Accounts Payable from invoice receipt to payment processing.
• Receive, review, and process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, credit notes, and supplier queries.
• Reconcile supplier statements of account, prepare payment vouchers and ensure payments are made within terms.
• Prepare accruals journals, fixed asset registry and perform bank reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and management reports as required.
• Assist with yearly audits, tax reporting and statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned.
