RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Officer to help drive day-to-day finance and accounting operations in Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience across processing, documentation and recording of financial information.

The role involves supporting invoices, payments and ad-hoc finance tasks, with opportunities to liaise across departments and contribute to the team’s efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Assist with processing and maintaining financial records and documentation.
• Perform data entry and ensure financial information is accurately recorded.
• Assist with invoices, payments and other finance-related transactions.
• Perform basic reconciliation and checking of financial records.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of finance records.
• Liaise with internal departments on finance-related matters when required.
• Support the team with other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties.
