Job summary

OKX in Singapore is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our finance team. You will own the full accounting cycle, prepare management accounts, and ensure timely reporting across the business.

Responsibilities include GST filing, liaising with auditors and tax representatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support policy changes and system improvements. The ideal candidate has Big 4 audit experience and a degree in accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance degree or ACCA preferred.
• Big 4 audit experience preferred.
• Crypto experience or strong interest in crypto industry.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Independent worker with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team player who collaborates across departments.

• File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.
• Manage GST Reporting - Filing quarterly GST returns.
• Communicate well within the team and meet internal deadlines and reporting/planning expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data requests and integration into financial systems.
• Communicate with relevant departments for policy making.
• Involve stakeholders on policy changes and continuous improvement to policies, processes and data.
• Support ad-hoc projects when necessary.

About the Opportunity

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and prepare a full set of accounts including management accounts reporting independently.


• File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.


• Manage GST Reporting - Filing quarterly GST returns.


• Communicate well within the team and make sure internal deadlines and reporting/planning expectations are met.

• Actively involve/communicate with stakeholders on policy changes and continuous improvement to enhance the existing policies, processes and data.


• Support ad-hoc projects when necessary.

What We Look For In You

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines (ACCA or equivalent preferred).


• Prior relevant audit experience in the Big 4 accounting firms


• Prior experience with Crypto / a strong interest in Crypto industry


• Basic knowledge on Singapore GST and understanding of the requirements for Singapore GST claims.


• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel. Experience in using Oracle is an added advantage.


• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Excellent organization, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
