OKX Group in Singapore seeks a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee all accounting processes, ensure accuracy and compliance, and manage month-end closing and full set of accounts. You will supervise GST reporting, liaise with auditors, and collaborate across departments to improve financial systems and policies.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting/finance degree (ACCA preferred) with Big 4 audit experience and a strong interest in crypto.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline; ACCA preferred.
• Experience auditing in a Big 4 firm.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST and tax requirements.
• Crypto industry interest or experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

About the Opportunity

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting processes, with a proven track record of managingmonth-end closing process and handling a full set of accounts.
• The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, ensuring accuracy, transparency,and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Review and prepare a full set of accounts including management accounts reporting independently.

File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.

Manage GST Reporting – Filing quarterly GST returns.

Communicate well within the team and make sure internal deadlines and reporting/planning expectations are met.

Liaise with auditors/tax representatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data requests and integration into financial systems.

Communicate with relevant departments for policy making.

Actively involve/communicate with stakeholders on policy changes and continuous improvement to enhance the existing policies, processes and data.

Support ad-hoc projects when necessary.

What We Look For In You

Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines (ACCA or equivalent preferred).

Prior relevant audit experience in the Big 4 accounting firms

Prior experience with Crypto / a strong interest in Crypto industry

Basic knowledge on Singapore GST and understanding of the requirements for Singapore GST claims.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel. Experience in using Oracle is an added advantage.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent organization, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
