Job summary

Yara Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accountant to join the finance team. You will manage Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes, ensuring accurate ledgers and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance, has hands-on SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with GST/IFRS. The role supports compliance, process improvements, and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with GST requirements and IFRS would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Procure-to-Pay process: three-way matching, resolve discrepancies, ensure compliant postings.
• Order-to-Cash: intercompany invoicing and customer master data maintenance.
• Record-to-Report: manage general ledger, journals, tax and audit prep.
• Business Support and Special Projects: assist improvement initiatives and ad hoc duties.
