Job summary

HackerTrail seeks a Finance & Ops Manager in Singapore to oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, expense reporting and quarterly financials. You will also lead office administration, assets, vendor management, and payroll processes, while supporting HR activities and a fast-growing team.

Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure compliant financial practices under Singapore and APAC laws, coordinate with an outsourced accountant, and help scale our operations as we expand across the region.

Responsibilities

• Finance: manage accounts payable/receivable, invoices, client follow-up for payments.
• Finance ops: daily data entry, expense management and reporting, quarterly reports, liaise with outsourced accounting.
• Operations: office assets management, admin, and maintenance; support CEO bookings; manage office supplies and pantry; contracts upkeep; events logistics.
• HR: payroll including sales commissions; maintain department records and org charts; manage leave records.
• Coordinating with outsourced accounting for GST and filings.

About this Role:

The Finance & Ops role role will have multiple facet to it including Finance, Operations and HR. Here are the details:

Finance related:

This role will be solely responsible for accounts payables andaccounts receivables, including generating invoices and client follow upfor payment release.

Run daily finance operations including data entry and organization of files

In charge of expense management and expense reporting

Prepare quarterly financial reports

Serve as the key liaison with our outsourced accounting companywhich takes care of bookkeeping, GST reports, ad-hoc filing, etc.

Operations related:

In chage of office assets management, general administration, and office maintenance

Providing administration support to CEO to assist in business-related bookings.

Run office supplies and pantry

Manage client contracts and keep these up to date.

Manage logistics for client-facing recruitment events (training provided)

HR Related:

Run payroll including commission calculations for the sales team

Establish and maintain department records and company organization charts

Run the leave maintenance
