Job summary

Yellow Ribbon Industries Pte. Ltd. invites an Assistant/Senior Finance Manager to own finance operations modules, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processes, while partnering with stakeholders to strengthen financial control.

You will oversee AR/AP, P2P, GL, fixed assets, GST submissions, month-end close, and reporting, with emphasis on data integrity and governance. The role suits hands-on professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy required.
1–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably in Linen or F&B.
Proficient MS Office with advanced Excel skills; ERP experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end finance modules and cost centres with timely, accurate reporting.
Manage AR, AP, P2P, Cash & Bank, GL, FA, GST and financial reporting in ERP.
Lead month-end and year-end close with data integrity and cross-stakeholder alignment.
Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules (GL, TB, P&L, BS).
Ensure GST compliance and governance; document SOPs and controls.
Support audits and implement process improvements; adapt to changing priorities.
Resolve discrepancies with internal and external partners; assist in asset verification.
