• Proven experience in financial operations or accounts receivable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit control and monitor DSR as a KPI.
• Proactively contact overdue clients and arrange payment plans.
• Generate fortnightly AR listings to track receivables.
• Conduct renewal reviews 90 days before auto-renewal dates.
• Coordinate scoping calls for Key Accounts before renewals.
• Assign paid services to appropriate teams in the system.
• Oversee office operations: door access, pantry, vendor services.
• Sort client mail for Virtual Address customers.
• Handle other Office Operations matters, including backups.
