Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Finance Operations Lead to oversee accounting processes, including aged WIP and receivables analysis to ensure timely billing and collections, with collaboration across stakeholders. Qualifications

• Degree / ACCA or any other professional accounting qualification is strongly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in a statutory & management finance business partnering role, preferably in professional services or consulting.
• Experience in managing offshore accounting team.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team player.
• Meticulous, organized and possess a flair for numbers.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Multitasking with ability to manage several priorities.
• Analytical, energetic, self-motivated, hands-on and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations including analysis on aged WIP and receivables to drive timely billing and collections.
• Review the monthly financial reporting pack and provide insightful analysis of performance/KPIs.
• Prepare the management report for monitoring financial performance and assist management decisions.
• Manage cashflow projections and update management weekly on receipts and payments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide accounting and tax advice.
• Ensure all corporate, statutory/government reporting requirements are accurate and timely.
• Responsible for GST and tax compliance including quarterly GST filings and withholding tax.
• Produce periodic and on-demand management information.
• Work on special projects to set up necessary support infrastructure and change for the practice.
• Focal point-of-contact for accounting matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned.
