Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Finance Executive in Singapore to support finance operations and governance activities. The role focuses on verifying payment claims, ensuring documentation accuracy, and upholding donor and grant requirements.

You will also provide secretariat support to the Board and committees, and drive process improvements through innovative digital tools, analytics, and automation while handling sensitive data with governance and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior audit and secretariat duties are preferred.
• Experience in charity fund governance and financial management is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive with productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate payment claims with complete supporting documentation.
• Provide secretariat support to the Board and committees, including minutes and action follow-ups.
• Identify and implement digital tools to improve finance and admin processes.
