NHG Health in Singapore seeks a Director of Group Finance to lead funding, payment models, and IT financial transformation across the cluster. You will drive Mission-Based Budgeting and ensure alignment with national healthcare financing priorities, delivering sustainable financial strategies for population health initiatives.

The role requires deep experience in healthcare financing, stakeholder engagement with MOH, and a track record of enterprise-wide finance transformations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with exposure to financial planning, large-scale transformation, and healthcare financing.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide finance initiatives across institutions.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end Mission-Based Budgeting implementation as the cluster's core resource framework.
• Design headcount funding, budgeting, consolidation and reporting capabilities.
• Develop executive dashboards and governance frameworks for financial management.
• Lead MOH engagement on capitation funding and subvention models; translate policy into financial frameworks.
• Oversee funding and payment models, automation of computations and integration into budgeting and reporting.
• Develop sustainable funding for Population Health and Integrated Care initiatives.
• Plan IT finance transformation and establish cluster-wide IT financial governance and reporting.
