Yamazaki Mazak Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support AP, AR, and month-end activities. You will verify invoices, process payments, and ensure timely financial reporting while coordinating with Production, Sales, and QC teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely issue resolution, and proactive collaboration acrossFinance and Production to maintain smooth financial operations and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant AP/AR or finance operations experience.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and meet closing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify supplier invoices across systems before posting; perform manual data entry when required.
• Data entry for AR invoices and issuing debit/credit notes in coordination with Sales.
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Perform bank reconciliations monthly and ensure accurate financial data across systems.
• Respond to supplier queries and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
