Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting, business, finance or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Check accounting entries, Concur requests, payment applications, and accruals.
• Process income billings, low value asset capitalization, and asset master creation.
• Perform monthly accounts closing processes, including journal entries and fair value accounting.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and prepare GTP reports promptly post-closing.
• Check foreign currency forward contract applications and relevant accounting treatments.
• Communicate with business departments to resolve operational queries and clarify financial transactions.
• Participate in Internal Control Projects and assist in trade transactions sampling checks.
• Check documents against J-SOX and internal control checklists, reporting findings to Supervisors.
