Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Bank Finance Associate (Perm) to support finance operations and ensure accurate accounting processes.

You will process supplier payments in multiple currencies, manage fixed assets and depreciation, prepare recharge invoices, assist with bank reconciliations, set up counterparties in CloudMargin, and support MAS regulatory reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting is required; ACCA is a plus.
• 1–2 years in accounts payable, fixed assets and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills; SUN accounting system and SWIFT knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier payments in multiple currencies via SWIFT and internet banking.
• Manage fixed assets, including depreciation and GL entries.
• Prepare recharge invoices for corporate events and ad hoc expenses.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly client balance reconciliations and support MAS reporting.
