Job summary

GMP Technologies seeks a Bank Accounting Officer on a contract until August to manage daily financial reporting, reconcile bank accounts, and prepare monthly HO and MAS reports.

The role requires a degree and at least 3 years’ bank accounting experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and timely financial and management reports on a daily basis.
• Maintain precise financial records while ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly reports for Head Office (HO) and MAS.
• Reconcile Head Office bank accounts on a daily basis.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports.
• Collaborate and communicate with the Head Office for support and coordination.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries for IFRS 16 lease accounting.
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management as needed.
