Job summary

Adecco in Singapore seeks a Finance MIS professional to own recurring management information, validate outputs and drive insights. You will enhance dashboards, translate requirements into reporting specs, and support automation across finance processes.

The role requires 5–6 years in finance analytics with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and practical experience with Tableau or similar BI tools, plus SQL/Python basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, business analytics, data analytics or related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in finance analytics or MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities; able to challenge numbers.
• Experience with financial, expense, workforce or other management-reporting data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with dashboards or BI tools, preferably Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation, validation and timely delivery of recurring financial and MIS management information.
• Investigate discrepancies by tracing outputs to source data, business rules and reporting logic.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable management insights.
• Support reporting across MIS and finance processes; maintain validation checks and audit trails.
• Develop or improve Python, SQL, Excel-based data-processing solutions.
• Support finance automation initiatives and governance across workstreams.
