Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a finance analytics professional to own recurring MIS and management reporting for controllers and management. You will drive accuracy, surface trends and support automation.

You will contribute to dashboard enhancements, validate outputs, and collaborate with business users and technology teams to implement improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–6 years' experience in finance analytics, with strong Excel and BI skills, SQL and Python

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
5–6 years of experience in finance analytics or MIS reporting.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; able to challenge numbers and identify anomalies.
Experience with financial, expense, workforce or management reporting data.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with dashboards or BI tools, preferably Tableau.
Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and testing.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workflows.

Responsibilities

Own recurring MIS and analytics processes for controller and management reporting.
Validate outputs and surface material trends and issues requiring management attention.
Contribute to reporting and dashboard enhancements; automate where possible.
Develop knowledge management and governance documentation for processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders to progress enhancements and resolve dependencies.
Manage deliverables independently including timelines and risks.
