Amethystasiapartners is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee daily finance and accounting for its Singapore operations. This hands-on role covers financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, tax and statutory compliance, payroll and internal controls, while partnering with the regional finance team on reporting and performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years in finance and accounting.
• Experience with Singapore statutory requirements and tax.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily financial operations and full set of accounts.
• Prepare monthly management reports and group reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Coordinate tax matters and statutory compliance.
• Lead internal controls and process improvements.
• Oversee payroll and Singapore CPF/SDL obligations.
• Coordinate external audits and AGM/secretarial matters.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC for accounting tasks.
