Job summary

Amethyst Partners is seeking a Finance Manager for an 8-month contract based in Singapore. The role entails leading month-end close for Singapore and Hong Kong entities, preparing management reporting, budgets and forecasts, and overseeing statutory reporting.

You will collaborate with Tax on income tax, GST, and transfer pricing while supporting treasury operations and process improvements. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in finance within financial institutions such as hedge funds or

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related qualification.

Responsibilities

Lead the month-end closing for financial reporting for Singapore and Hong Kong entities.
Partner with the business to prepare management reporting, budgets and forecasts.
Cover statutory reporting for the Singapore entity, ensuring regulatory capital calculations and financial reporting inputs are accurate and on time.
Collaborate with Tax team to manage income tax, GST, transfer pricing etc.
Cover treasury operations such as cash and capital forecasting, liquidity, foreign exchange management.
Work with finance team to ensure smooth and efficient operations control.
Contribute to documentation and automation initiatives.
Perform other ad-hoc duties related to finance and operations when necessary.
