Job summary

asia-link technology pte ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting across multiple preschool centres. You will process invoices, support month-end close, reconciliations, and ensure timely settlement.

You will liaise with vendors, maintain accurate records for audit and compliance, manage fixed assets, and contribute to improving internal controls, GST and corporate tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Singapore company or preschool-sector experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems; Microsoft Navision experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST and corporate tax compliance is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities across multiple preschool centres.
• Process and review invoices and payments and ensure timely settlement.
• Support month-end closing, bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Manage PPE / fixed-asset records and inventory tracking.
• Support office and centre supply administration where required.
• Develop and improve finance SOPs and internal controls.
• Support GST, corporate tax, audit and other annual financial compliance requirements.
