Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a senior group consolidation and financial reporting lead in Singapore. You will drive monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation, review SGX disclosures, and coordinate intercompany eliminations across Singapore entities.

The role requires a degree in accountancy/finance (ACCA/CA/CPA) with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in group consolidation. Big Four exposure is a plus. 5-day work week, permanent role, with competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in accountancy, finance, or an equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
Minimum 7 years in relevant roles, with at least 3 years in group consolidation and financial reporting.
Experience in listed company environments is preferred and leading a small team is a plus.
Strong technical knowledge of SFRS(I) and consolidation processes.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and financial reporting per SFRS(I) and regulatory requirements.
Review consolidated financial statements, SGX disclosures, and supporting analyses.
Coordinate intercompany eliminations, translation, and consolidation adjustments.
Prepare analyses and commentaries on revenue, profitability, EBITDA, working capital and cash flow.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
