Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, including full-set accounting and month-end closing.
• Well versed in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Well versed in SFRS, Singapore GST, and corporate tax regulations.
• Experience in group reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and multi-entity accounting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for the Group.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IFRS.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory audits and regulatory filings.
• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily financial transactions.
• Process vendor payments and oversee payment runs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for recurring and ad-hoc charges.
• Monitor loan covenants and highlight potential compliance issues to management.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems, including Yardi.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and accounting issues.
• Provide finance support to business operations and management when required.
• Participate in special projects and undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
