Job summary

Dyson in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager for the Floor Care category to partner with the Category team and deliver robust financial leadership across product development, commercialization, and operations.

You will oversee the global Category P&L, deliver insights, drive ROI in marketing and investments, and support executive reviews with cross-functional stakeholders from RDD, operations and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in commercial finance roles.
• Experience in consumer-facing businesses, ideally premium or technology categories.
• Proven track record in strategic financial reporting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Floor Care Category team to provide financial leadership and support category objectives.
• Manage the global Category P&L and deliver financial insights to inform decisions across development, commercialization and operations.
• Collaborate with RDD, operations and commercial teams to optimize financial performance and align with strategic goals.
• Support monthly Product Delivery meetings, exec category reviews and board reviews as needed.
