Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead and review the finance team, ensuring accurate reporting for overseas entities. You will prepare monthly management reports, support group consolidation, GST and tax affairs, and liaise with auditors and service providers.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and attention to detail. Experience in audit and commercial environments is advantageous; bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or ACCA is

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance / ACCA
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Team player, meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Audit and commercial experiences advantageous

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and reviewing work by the finance staff
• Prepare and furnish timely monthly management reports and schedules for overseas companies
• Liaise with overseas service providers on accounting matters, tax, legal and compliance
• Prepare half yearly group consolidation for ultimate holding company
• Assist in reviewing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control and compliance
• Review quarterly and monthly GST returns for local and overseas companies
• Review annual audited reports and prepare XBRL for ACRA filing
• Manage the preparation of the company’s annual budget and rolling forecast
• Review corporate income tax computation and submission for ultimate holding company
• Liaise with external auditors, company secretarial and tax agents
• Assist and liaise with financial institutions in its annual review and any ad hoc requests
• Carry out ad hoc projects/tasks from time to time as required by the management
