Job summary

Mind Stretcher Education PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance to support the Finance Manager in daily accounting operations, financial reporting and compliance in Singapore.

You will ensure timely financial information, liaise with auditors, banks and regulatory bodies, and contribute to financial planning and decision making. The role requires integrity, accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably with some supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and Singapore statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with auditors, banks and regulatory bodies.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CA Singapore would be an advantage.
