Job summary

The Singapore office of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a dedicated Finance Manager to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting, while acting as the main contact for auditors, banks and internal stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.

You will manage accounts receivable/payable, GL for Singapore and Japan, GST returns, month‑end closes, payroll accounting and local tax filings, partnering across functions to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable including posting, cash matching, and dunning processes.
• Oversee accounts payable, including invoice entry, bank payments, and reconciliations.
• Perform general ledger accounting for Singapore and Japan entities.
• Manage GL, bank, and intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset depreciation, accruals, and prepayments.
• Handle expense claims and ensure timely resolution of finance-related queries.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Lead the month-end closing for both CWAPAC and CW Japan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare annual financial statements and audit schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors.
• Oversee payroll accounting and filings.
• Handle all local tax filings for Singapore and Japan.
