Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to full-set accounting and multiple entities.
• Prior audit experience is advantageous.
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting, taxation and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial results and explain variances.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems.
• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate availability or short notice period will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely month-end, half-yearly and year-end financial closing.
• Handle accounting and reporting for multiple entities within the Group, including intercompany reconciliations and consolidation support.
• Prepare and review monthly management reports, including financial analysis, variance commentary, and key performance indicators.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, working closely with business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax and annual audit requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and regulatory authorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Support finance transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives where applicable.
