POSCO INTERNATIONAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance and accounting functions in a multinational environment. The role emphasizes accurate reporting, robust controls, risk management, and strategic financial advisory.

You will oversee GL, payable/receivable, treasury, and financial reporting, while managing budgeting, forecasts, and intercompany transactions. Strong leadership and collaboration with overseas HQ are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or commercial analysis, including 3–5 years in a managerial role leading a finance team.
  • Proven experience managing comprehensive finance operations within a multinational company.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and internal controls.
  • Experience in business planning, economic analysis, investment evaluation, financial modelling, and commercial decision support.
  • Ability to assess impacts of economic developments, interest rates, exchange rates, and market conditions on business performance.
  • Experience working with business units to evaluate profitability, control costs, and support business growth.
  • Experience in regional reporting, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency transactions is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in trading, commodities, or international business environment is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate financial and economic data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with senior management and overseas headquarters.

  • Analyse economic conditions, market trends, and business performance to inform strategic planning and management decisions.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams on group reporting, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.
  • Drive continuous improvements in finance processes, reporting efficiency, and cost management to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop the finance team to uphold high standards of accuracy, accountability, and performance.
