Job summary

Tsao Foundation in Singapore seeks a Finance Manager to oversee revenue operations, accounts receivable, grants administration, treasury, and financial controls to uphold governance and reporting excellence.

You will lead process improvements, partner with stakeholders, and drive automation and ERP enhancements while maintaining compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience in AR, revenue management, grants administration, treasury, and reporting.
• Strong Excel and ERP system know-how; Dynamics 365 BC advantageous.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, revenue transactions, reconciliations, and month‑end closing.
• Oversee billing operations and coordinate with partners on revenue issues.
• Administer grants, monitor funding use and reporting compliance.
• Support cash flow planning, treasury activities, and banking relations.
• Drive process improvements via automation and systems upgrades.

The Role

The Finance Manager will oversee revenue operations, accounts receivable, grants administration, treasury management, and financial controls. This role supports financial governance, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, revenue transactions, reconciliations, and month‑end closing activities.
• Oversee billing operations and partner stakeholders to resolve revenue‑related issues.
• Administer grants, monitor funding utilisation, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Support cash flow planning, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
• Drive finance process improvements through automation, systems enhancement, and best practices.
• Contribute to strong financial controls, governance, and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5–7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in accounts receivable, revenue management, grants administration, treasury management, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in the non‑profit, healthcare, eldercare, education, or social service sector will be an advantage.
