Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join its Financial & Accounting team in Singapore. You will conduct in-depth financial analyses, advise on accounting policies, and support regulatory changes under US GAAP.

With a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, you will influence internal controls, model financial instruments, and collaborate with stakeholders. Fluent English and strong communication are essential in this fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business required; advanced degrees or CPA certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting/technical accounting; prior audit experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial instrument valuation is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on business processes and internal controls related to accounting and regulatory changes.
• Providing technical support to the finance team in relation to complex accounting issues.
• Revise and maintain the group’s accounting policies to align with the latest accounting standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication on accounting topics.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned to support business needs.

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes
