RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting assistant to manage AP/AR, record daily transactions, and prepare basic reports. You will coordinate warehouse and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment and communicate with customers on order status.

The role requires proficiency in Excel and MS Office, with experience in e-commerce platforms considered an advantage. Working hours are Mon-Fri with a partial Saturday rotation, at JTC Space Tuas.

Competenze

• 1+ year of relevant working experience.
• Experience in AP and AR is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Maintain a full set of accounts including AP and AR.
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare basic financial reports and organise documents.
• Coordinate warehouse and logistics to fulfil orders on time.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to support replenishment.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Office for data management and reporting.
• Support sales operations across e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations.
