Job summary

FIVE STAR RECRUITMENT in Singapore is hiring a Finance Junior Specialist to join our finance team. This full-time position (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM) is based at Jalan Besar, Singapore with weekends and public holidays off.

You will assist with various financial and accounting tasks, prepare cash flow forecasts, and coordinate with Korea HQ. Benefits include AWS (pro-rated), health insurance, and 14 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency with financial software and systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various financial and accounting tasks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in generating financial reports and submitting to HQ.
• Prepare and arrange bank-related documents.
• Manage inquiries with HQ and support finance functions.
• Handle AR/AP, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and currency exchange rates (USD/SGD).
• Review schedules for cash flow reconciliation.
• Process ARP requests per facility agreements.
• Monitor debtors, payment performance, and overdue accounts.
