FIVE STAR RECRUITMENT is hiring a Treasury & Finance Executive on a full-time basis for Jalan Besar, Singapore. The role supports financial operations and cash flow forecasting.

You will prepare reports for Korea Headquarters, manage bank documents, and assist with AR/AP, budgeting, and financial analysis. Strong Excel skills required.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, with weekends and public holidays off; salary is SGD 3,800 to 4,800 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifikationen

• Finance, accounting or business degree or diploma required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Experience in treasury operations or cash flow management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with forex and overseas remittances preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare financial reports for Korea Headquarters.
• Handle bank-related documents.
• Support AR/AP, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Manage cash flow and remittances.
• Update exchange rates based on MAS rates.
• Review cash flow reconciliation schedules.
• Monitor accounts receivable and debtor limits.
• Perform ad hoc finance duties.
