Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years in delivering and implementing enterprise finance solutions.
• 8+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Organised, adaptable, detail-oriented with strong accountability.
• Experience integrating SAP with other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; independent with sound judgement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; clear to diverse audiences.
• Ability to coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Strong stakeholder management; build productive relationships.
• Knowledge of insurance industry; Oracle Hyperion, SAP FPSL/PaPM/BW/BASIS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in maintaining stable BAU operations and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Develop best-fit end-to-end solutions for Finance needs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and engagement.
• Oversee Finance initiative delivery; ensure timely completion with IT stakeholders.
• Design, build, and deploy solutions including SAP ERP and generative AI.
• Lead solution analysis and design with vendors and interface teams.
• Ensure solution stabilisation after implementation and drive improvement.
• Drive team performance through automation and SRE practices.
