Job summary

INCOME INSURANCE LIMITED is seeking a senior Finance Transformation Lead to drive delivery of strategic finance initiatives while ensuring stable BAU operations. You will design end-to-end solutions, including SAP-based ERP and generative AI, and lead cross-functional teams across IT and vendors.

You will manage stakeholder expectations, guide solution analysis and design, and push continuous improvement through automation and SRE practices. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years delivering and implementing enterprise Finance solutions.
• 8+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Highly organized, adaptable and accountable with strong delivery commitments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration with ERP and ancillary systems.
• Experience applying project delivery methodologies and templates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
• Excellent communication; convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to coordinate across business, tech and vendor teams.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and SAP modules is advantageous.

• Lead the team in maintaining stable BAU operations and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Develop best-fit, end-to-end solutions that address Finance business needs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and effective engagement.
• Oversee Finance initiative delivery, ensuring timely completion through close collaboration with IT stakeholders.
• Design, build, and deploy solutions, including SAP-based ERP and generative AI solutions.
• Lead solution analysis and design in close collaboration with vendors and teams responsible for applications that interface with Finance systems.
• Ensure solution stabilisation after implementation and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive team performance and productivity through effective operating practices, automation, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years ofcombined technical and functional experiencein delivering and implementingenterprise solutions, particularlywithin Finance.
• At least 8 years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability anda proven ability tofulfil commitments.
• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, with proven experience integrating enterprise platforms, including SAP, with internal and commercial off-the-shelf systems.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, tools, and templates, with proven experience applying them across the delivery lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and align diverse interests.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and experience with Oracle Hyperion, SAP FPSL, SAP PaPM, SAP BW, or SAP BASIS would be advantageous.
