FELIXION CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is offering an accounting internship for 3–6 months.

You will assist with data entry of invoices, receipts and payments, and support accounts payable/receivable functions as part of the finance team. The role is open to interns or fresh graduates with a Polytechnic diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields, and requires basic accounting knowledge, strong Excel/Word skills, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Open to interns / fresh graduates.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and a positive working attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Help with filing and organizing accounting documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
