Job summary

Mapletree invites motivated undergraduates to join the Internship Programme under Finance, supporting the Consolidation Team on a full-time basis from January 2027 to June 2027.

You will gain hands-on experience in group consolidation, financial reporting, management reports, reconciliations and analyses, while exposure to audit, process improvements, and ad hoc projects within Group Finance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with numbers.
• Resourceful with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Motivated, committed and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Self-driven and able to work independently while managing tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly group consolidation and financial reporting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, reconciliations and financial analyses.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of Group Finance activities including financial reporting, audit, process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Support the team on other finance-related assignments as required.
