Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd seeks a qualified chartered accountant to lead group consolidation and management reporting for Mapletree Logistics Trust in Singapore. You will prepare timely financial analyses, work with external auditors, and support annual audits and tax filings. Experience with SAP/Targetik and cross-border coordination is a plus.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and contribute as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant or ACCA with relevant post-qualification experience.
Well-versed in SFRS and tax regulations; proficient in MS Excel.
Experience with SAP/Targetik system and real estate knowledge is a plus.
Meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to liaise with auditors and overseas teams as part of consolidation.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Consolidation and management reporting for Mapletree Logistics Trust.
Prepare group financial and management reports, liaising with external auditors.
Assist in annual audit process and tax filing matters, plus ad-hoc tasks.
Implement SAP/Targetik in phases for newly acquired investment holding companies.
Coordinate with overseas finance teams for report submission and year-end matters.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
