Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified financial professional to lead group consolidation and management reporting for MLT. You will deliver timely, accurate reports and coordinate with external auditors for year‑end closing.

Responsibilities include supporting the annual audit and tax filing, and implementing SAP/Targetik for newly acquired entities. The ideal candidate is CA/ACCA with 3–5 years post‑qualification experience, strong SFRS and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA with degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Well-versed in SFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP/Targetik and/or real estate knowledge is a plus.
• Meticulous, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Consolidation and management reporting for the group.
• Prepare and analyze group financial and management reports; liaise with external auditors for year-end closing.
• Assist in the annual audit process and tax filing; handle ad-hoc assignments.
• Implement SAP/Targetik for newly acquired or incorporated holdings.
• Liaise with overseas finance team for reports and year-end audit matters.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
