Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a finance professional to manage month-end and year-end closing, prepare financial reports, and ensure accuracy of payments and records. You will handle GST, bank reconciliations, audit liaison, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and cost control measures in collaboration with Operations.

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CPA, MOM regulations familiarity, and experience with payroll and CPF submissions are required;

Qualifications

• Month-end and year-end closing experience.
• Familiarity with MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including budgets, AP, AR, and expense reports.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all payments, receipts, and financial records.
• Prepare and post accounting entries in compliance with applicable standards and policies.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls over accounting and financial procedures.
• Handle GST preparation and submission.
• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and advisors on audit and tax matters.
• Support senior management in financial planning, including KPI setting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage project cost accounting and variance analysis with Operations.
• Oversee HR and administrative functions and payroll processing.
• Ensure timely submission of CPF contributions and income tax filings (IR8A, IR21...).
• Maintain BizSAFE documentation.
