Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 0–2 years of working experience.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and Excel / Microsoft Office skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable and customer collections.
• Accounts payable and supplier payments.
• Invoicing and credit notes.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Payroll and CPF-related processes.
• GST and statutory requirements.
• Monthly financial reporting.
• Cash-flow monitoring.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Cost and revenue analysis.
• Financial controls and process improvement.
• Accounting system and finance process improvements.
• Other finance and business projects assigned by management.
