The position covers preparing and presenting financial reports, reconciliations, GST/regulatory filings, audit liaison, and involvement in forecasting, budgeting, and ISO audits, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Strong accounting and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Hands-on experience with SAP R/3 or HANA FICO modules.
• Good analytical, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full set of accounts with internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports; perform intercompany and bank reconciliations; prepare audit schedules.
• File GST returns and regulatory reports; submit all reports to the ultimate holding company within strict deadlines.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other professional parties.
• Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting exercises, and ISO audits.
• Prepare analysis, management reports and undertake other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by management.
