Job summary

World Table Tennis Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Executive to manage AR/AP, prize-money disbursements, and month-end close. You will ensure ledger integrity and timely payments to vendors and prize winners, while maintaining compliance with tax reporting and internal controls.

The role requires 1–2 years in a broad finance function, with strong Excel and accounting software skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a diploma or degree in accounting/finance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a broad finance role covering AR and AP; fresh graduates welcome.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills essential (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: generate and distribute invoices and credit notes.
• Debt collection: follow up on overdue payments via phone and email; maintain client relationships.
• Reconciliation: perform daily bank recs and allocate receipts accurately.
• Reporting: prepare aged debt reports and flag at-risk accounts to management.
• Disbursements: process supplier invoices and run weekly/bi-monthly payments; manage expense claims.
