Job summary

TUI Musement Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive on a maternity cover contract for 9 months. The role focuses on AP/AR processing, cost accruals, vendor communications, and intercompany billing within our Tours & Activities business.

Strong accounting background, GST experience, and independent work style are required. We offer attractive remuneration, health support, flexible working, and opportunities through the TUI Learning Hub.

Qualifications

• Experience across the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions.

• GST experience and compliance experience.
• Diploma in Accounting or Finance required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices and prepare payments according to policies and controls.
• Bookkeeping for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Clear and reconcile cost accruals in the reservation system with cost matching.
• Handle queries from employees, intercompany stakeholders, and vendors promptly and professionally.
• Process employee expense claims including travel and miscellaneous expenses.
• Issue ad hoc invoices to clients and intercompany entities as instructed.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll process incoming invoices and prepare payments in line with our company policies and internal control procedures.
• We need you to perform bookkeeping functions for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Accurate clearing and reconciliation of cost accruals within our reservation system will be part of your day-to-day through proper cost matching.
• Handling queries and correspondence from employees, intercompany stakeholders, and vendors in a timely and professional manner is key.
• You'll process employee expense claims, including travel and miscellaneous business expenses.
• Issuing ad hoc invoices to clients and intercompany entities based on approved billing instructions will keep you engaged.

ABOUT YOU
